MINUTES
REGULAR MEETING OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
APRIL 21, 1992
1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Puckett at 7:25 p.m.
in the City Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California.
2. ROLL CALL

3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
- APRIL 6, 1992 REGULAR MEETING
It was moved by
Edgar, seconded by Potts, to approve the
Redevelopment Agency
Minutes of April 6, 1992.
Motion carried 5-0.
4. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS
It was moved by Edgar, seconded by Potts, to approve Demands in the
amount of $318,154.45.
Motion carried 5-0.
5. AWARD OF BID FOR MISCELLANEOUS FURNITURE FOR POLICE FACILITY
Christine Shingleton, Assistant Executive Director, reported that at
the March 16 Council meeting, the Agency authorized the advertisement
of bids for certain miscellaneous furniture for the police facility
currently under construction. Based on submitted bids, California
Business Interiors was the lowest bid at $50,550.95.
It was moved by Pontious, seconded by Potts, to authorize the
purchase of miscellaneous furniture for the police facility from
California Business Interiors in the amount of $50,550.95.

Motion carried 5-0.
6. OTHER BUSINESS - None
7. ADJOURNMENT
Chairperson Puckett adjourned the meeting at 7:26 p.m. The next
regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was scheduled for Monday,
May 4, 1992, at 7:00 p.m.
