PUBLIC INPUT- Refer to City Council Second Public Input REGULAR BUSINESS ( ITEM 1) 1. ISSUANCE AND SALE OF NOTES IN A TOTAL AMOUNT OF SIXTY MILLION DOLLARS ($60,000,000) IN FULL SETTLEMENT OF SAUSD V. CITY It was moved by Bone, seconded by Davert, to A) Adopt the following Resolution No. TPFA 02-2, making an environmental determination under the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") regarding the issuance and sale of the notes: RESOLUTION NO. TPFA 02-2 - A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE TUSTIN PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY MAKING AN ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION UNDER THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT ("CEQA") REGARDING THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF THE NOTES; B) Adopt the following Resolution No. TPFA 02-3, providing for the issuance and sale by the Authority of 2002 Revenue anticipation notes and authorizing and directing certain actions with respect thereto: RESOLUTION NO. TPFA 02-3 - A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE TUSTIN PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE AND SALE BY THE AUTHORITY OF 2002 REVENUE ANTICIPATION NOTES AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING CERTAIN ACTIONS WITH RESPECT THERETO; and Minutes - Tustin Public Financing Authority December 16, 2002 - Page I C) Approve Agreements with Bond Counsel and Financial Advisor. Motion carried 4-0, Kawashima abstained.
