said the Parks and Recreation Commission had requested Council
remind the public that the Memorial Tree and Adopt -a -Park programs
could also be used for memorial requests.
Councilmember Potts stated that his request of placing a plaque
dedicated to Carl Claes at the wishing well had not been

Mary Kelly, be honored by a plaque at the site; would speak
directly to staff regarding memorial ideas presented by Carl
Claes' mother; and stated he supported the proposed policy.
