CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 2014 -20 & DR 2014 -017: To authorize outdoor seating at the existing Dunn - Edwards Plaza, located at 13662 Newport Avenue, and to delete Condition 1.3 of Planning Commission Resolution No. 2635 and utilize parking requirements within the Tustin City Code.
