SUBJECT: SALE OF SURPLUS EQUIPMENT
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Tustin City Council, at their regular meeting of April 6, 1992, receive and file notice of
sale of surplus vehicles.
BACKGROUND:
On November 4, 1991 the Tustin Cite Council declared certain equipment surplus and not
required for public use, as provided for in Ordinance Number 871 of the Tustin City Code. The
equipment listed was sold at public auction on January 19, 1992.
