CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 2014-20 & DR 2014-017: To authorize outdoor seating at the existing Dunn -Edwards Plaza, located at 13662 Newport Avenue, and to delete Condition 1.3 of Planning Commission Resolution No. 2635 and utilize parking requirements within the Tustin City Code. APPLICANT: ROBERT & PATRICIA CHICK 13662 NEWPORT AVENUE TUSTIN, CA 92780 PROPERTY OWNER: ROBERT & PATRICIA CHICK 13662 NEWPORT AVENUE TUSTIN, CA 92780 PROJECT LOCATION: 13662 NEWPORT AVENUE ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: THIS PROJECT IS CATEGORICALLY EXEMPT PURSUANT TO SECTION 15301 (CLASS 1), TITLE 14, CHAPTER 3 OF THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT (CEQA). Zoning Administrator Action Agenda January 28, 2015 Page 2 RECOMMENDATION: That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action No. 15-002 approving Conditional Use Permit 2014-20 and Design Review 2014-017 to authorize outdoor seating at the existing Dunn -Edwards Plaza, located at 13662 Newport Avenue, and to delete Condition 1.3 of Planning Commission Resolution No. 2635 and utilize parking requirements within the Tustin City Code. The Zoning Administrator called the meeting to order. It was noted that there were no members of the public present to express public concerns. The Zoning Administrator stated she had reviewed the staff report and conditions of approval and had no concerns at this time. The Zoning Administrator asked the applicants if they had reviewed the conditions of approval and understood them. The public hearing was opened at 10:01 a.m. Mr. and Mrs. Chick, the applicants, were present. Mr. Chick stated he reviewed the conditions of approval and had no questions or concerns at this time. The public hearing was closed at 10:02 a.m. REGULAR BUSINESS: None ADJOURNMENT: 10:32 a.m. The date of the next meeting of the Zoning Administrator will be scheduled when items are set for hearing.
