CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 2014-25: To install and operate a temporary groundwater pump and soil vapor extraction remediation treatment system within the parking lot at 535 East Main Street. APPLICANT: THE REYNOLDS GROUP 520 W. FIRST STREET TUSTIN, CA 92780 PROPERTY OWNER: REHKA BAJARIA 3405 SEPULVEDA BLVD. TORRANCE, CA 90503 PROJECT LOCATION: 535 EAST MAIN STREET ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: THIS PROJECT IS CATEGORICALLY EXEMPT (CLASS 30) PURSUANT TO SECTION 15330 OF THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT. Zoning Administrator Agenda February 23, 2015 Page 2 RECOMMENDATION: That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action (ZAA) No. 15-001 approving Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 2014-25 to install and operate a temporary groundwater pump and soil vapor extraction remediation treatment system within the parking lot of the property located at 535 East Main Street. The Zoning Administrator called the meeting to order. It was noted that the applicant/property owner were not present, and there were no members of the public present to express public concerns. The public hearing was thereby opened and closed at 10:37 a.m. The Zoning Administrator stated she had reviewed the staff report and conditions of approval and had no concerns at this time. The Zoning Administrator approved Zoning Administrator Action No. 15-001 thereby approving Conditional Use Permit 2014-25. REGULAR BUSINESS: None ADJOURNMENT: 10:38 a.m. The date of the next meeting of the Zoning Administrator will be scheduled when items are set for hearing.
