S11.18JECT: EMERGENCY PLACEMENT OF STOP SIGNS AND FLASHING RED BEACONS AT
THE INTERSECTION OF YORBA STREET AND AMAGANSET WAY
RECOMMENDATION
That the Tustin City Council at their meeting of January 6, 1992
pass and adopt the attached resolution authorizing the emergency
placement of a three way stop sign and flashing red beacons
installation at the Yorba Street and Amaganset Way intersection.
DISCUSSION
The. City Council at their December 2, 1991 meeting reviewed a
citizens request for a three way stop sign installation at the
subject intersection. After hearing citizen concerns, the City
Council voted to authorize the emergency placement of the three way
stop sign and flashing red beacons installation. The Council
directed staff to prepare the needed work order and City Council
resolution.
The attached resolution provides the administrative procedure to
formally authorize the emergency placement of the three way stop
sign and flashing red beacons installation at the intersection of
Yorba Street and Amaganset Way. It is requested that the City
Council pass and adopt same.

RESOLUTION NO. 92-03
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING PLACEMENT OF CERTAIN STOP SIGNS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tustin,. California,
does hereby resolve as follows:
A three way stop sign and flashing red beacon installations at
the intersection of Yorba Street and Amaganset Way is hereby
designated as authorized stop locations in the City of Tustin.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tustin held on the 6th day of January, 1992.
