REGULAR MEETING OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
FEBRUARY 5, 1996
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Potts at 8:21 p.m. at the
Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California.

REGULAR BUSINESS (ITEMS I THROUGH 3)
1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - JANUARY 15, 1996 REGULAR MEETING
It was moved by Thomas, seconded by Worley, to approve the
Redevelopment Agency Minutes of January 15, 1996.
Motion carried 5-0.
2. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS
It was moved by Thomas, seconded by Worley, to approve Demands in
the amount of $148,633.15.
Motion carried 5-0.
3. 1994-95 ANNUAL REPORT
It was moved by Thomas, seconded by Worley, to receive and file the
Annual Report for 1995 and direct a copy of this report be filed
with the State Controller.
Motion carried 5-0.

CLOSED SESSION
Chairperson Potts announced the Redevelopment Agency would recess to
closed session to confer with general counsel regarding real property
acquisition at 14001 and 14011 Newport Avenue; 730, 750 and 770 E1
Camino Real; 725, 600-712 E1 Camino way; Tustin, California. The
parties involved are: the Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency and the
State of California, Csik Zoltan, The Philip L. Crawford Trust of Omega
Trust, Tustin Motor Lodge, the Jessee T. Anderson Trust and the William
R. Zappas Trust.
Chairperson Potts adjourned the meeting at 8:23 p.m. The next regular
meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was scheduled for Tuesday, February
20, 1996, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 300 Centennial Way.
