1. CONCEPT PLAN 2015-001 AND DESIGN REVIEW 2015-002 VETERANS
SPORTS PARK LOCATED WITHIN THE MCAS TUSTIN SPECIFIC PLAN
To construct and maintain Veterans Sports Park within the MCAS Tustin Specific
Plan.

PREPARED FOR THE PROPOSED PROJECT THAT
CONCLUDED NO ADDITIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL
IMPACTS WOULD OCCUR FROM APPROVAL OF
THE PROJECT. PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 15162,
15163, 15164, AND 15183 OF THE CEQA
GUIDELINES NO NEW EFFECTS WOULD OCCUR

RECOMMENDATION:
That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action (ZAA) No. 15-002
approving Concept Plan 2015-001 and Design Review 2015-002 for Veterans
Sports Park within Planning Area 2, 1 E, and 1 J of the MCAS Tustin Specific Plan.
The Zoning Administrator called the meeting to order.
It was noted there were no members of the public present.
The public meeting was thereby opened and closed at 9:02 a.m.
The Zoning Administrator stated she had reviewed the staff report and conditions of
approval and had no concerns at this time.
The Zoning Administrator approved Zoning Administrator Action No. 15-002
thereby approving Concept Plan 2015-001.

ADJOURNMENT: 9:02 a.m.
The date of the next meeting of the Zoning Administrator will be scheduled when
items are set for hearing.
