RESOLUTION NO. 96-32
Mayor Pro Tem Worley requested that the City Council adopt Resolution 96-32

governance of the Orange County Library System. Regardless of the outcome of the
study and how the system is eventually governed, Resolution No. 96-32 deals with the
problems caused by the State directing income from the library system.
