At this time members of the public may address the Commission regarding any items not on the agenda and within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Commission (NO action can be taken on off-agenda items unless authorized by law). PUBLIC HEARINGS: , CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 02-024 REQUESTING AUTHORIZATION TO OPERATE A MARTIAL ARTS STUDIO LOCATED AT 624 EAST FIRST STREET WITHIN THE COMMERCIAL AS PRIMARY LAND USE DESIGNATION OF THE FIRST STREET SPECIFIC PLAN. APPLICANT: TUSTIN MARTIAL ARTS ATTN: LISA ST. CLARE PROPERTY OWNER(S): PAN PACIFIC PROPERTIES, INC. RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission adopt Resolution No. 3859 approving Conditional Use Permit 02-024 to allow a martial arts studio within the (Commercial as Primary) land use designation of the First Street Specific Plan (FSSP).
