CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kennedy at 7:00 a.m. in the City Hall Conference Room, 300 Centennial Way. . II. ROLL CALL Councilpersons Present: Ursula E. Kennedy, Mayor Frank H. Greinke, Mayor Pro Tem Richard B. Edgar Ronald B. Hoesterey Donald J. Saltarelli Councilpersons Absent: None Others Present: William A. Huston, City Manager III. JOHN WAYNE AIRPORT - RESOLUTION NO. 85-13 Following discussion of the draft policy regarding the John Wayne Air- port, it was moved by Greinke, seconded by Edgar, to adopt the follow- ing: RESOLUTION NO. 85-13 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN CONCERNING THE JOHN WAYNE AIRPORT MASTER EXPANSION PLAN Motion capried 5-0. 101 ,., IV. RECESS - CLOSED SESSION - RECONVENED The meeting was recessed by unanimous informal consent at 8:15 a.m. to a Closed Session to meet with its designated representatives regarding labor relations matters pursuant to Government Code Section 54967.6. Councilmembers Kennedy and Hoesterey left the meeting. The City Council meeting was reconvened at 9:05 a.m. with Kennedy and Hoesterey absent. V. PERSONNEL MATTERS - RESOLUTION NO. 85-16 By way of action from Closed Session, it was moved by Edgar, seconded by Saltarelli, to adopt the following: RESOLUTION NO. 85-16 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, RELATING TO COMPENSATION AND TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT OF MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN The motion carried 3-0, Kennedy and Hoesterey absent. 79 ADJOURNMENT At 9:10 a.m. the meeting was adjourned to a Workshop on February 2, 1985, at 8:00 a.m. at the Marriott Hotel in Newport Beach by unanimous informal consent, and thence to the next regular meeting on February 4, 1985, at 7:00 p.m. MAYOR
