JUNE 5, 1984
I. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting'was called to order by Mayor Kennedy at 4:12 p.m. in the
Conference Room, 300 Centennial Way.

III. NEW BUSINESS
1. BUDGET REVIEW
The City Manager gave a general overview report on the Budget.
Council discussion followed.
Each Department Head gave a synopsis of their department's budget
requests. Council discussion followed.
2. BUDGET A. APROPRIATION
It was moved b~' Hoesterey, seconded b~/Greinke, .to appropriate
$150,000 for legal and engineering expenses incurred regarding
the American High Speed Rail project. Motion carried 5-0.
IV. ADJOURNMEIIT- The meeting was adjourned at 6:02 p.m. to an adjourned
regular meeting on June 6, 1984, at 4:00 p.m. in the Conference Room,
and thence to the next regular meeting on June 18, 1984, at 7:00 p.m.
