APPROVAL OF DEMANDS Recommendation: Approve Demands in the amount of $137,348.07. FURNITURE PURCHASES FOR TUSTIN FAMILY & YOUTH CENTER Staff is requesting Agency adoption of Resolution No. RDA 96-5 allowing participation in the County of Orange Cooperative Purchasing Program to purchase furniture and equipment for the Tustin Family & Youth Center. Recommendation: Adopt the following Resolution No. RDA 96-5 authorizing participation in the County of Orange Cooperative Purchasing Program for the Steelcase Ellipse System and accessory Steelcase products for the Tustin Family & Youth Center as recommended by the Community Services Department: RESOLUTION NO. RDA 96-5 - A RESOLUTION OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION IN THE COUNTY' OF ORANGE COOPERATIVE PURCHASING PROGRAM e APPLICATION FOR THIRD DISTRICT URBAN PARKS PROGRAM FUNDING/ PEPPERTREE PARK Adoption of a resolution approving application of grant funds from the Agency is required to accompany the grant application. Rec0mmendal;ion: Adopt the following Resolution No. RDA 96-6 approving the grant application for "Third District, Urban Park Program" funds for the renovation of Peppertree Park: Redevelopment Agency Agenda I October 21, 1996 So RESOLUTION N~_ RDA 96-6 - A RESOLUT,,.,~ OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR GRANT FUNDS THROUGH THE COUNTY OF ORANGE THIRD DISTRICT'S "1994 URBAN PARKS PROGRAM" FOR THE RENOVATION OF PEPPERTREE PARK LAGUNA GARDENS PROJECT - AMENDMENTS TO DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT At its September 3, 1996 meeting, the Redevelopment Agency approved the Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) for the Laguna Gardens project. Close of escrow for the project has been delayed because the developer's lender has requested certain changes that require amendments to the DDA. The.City, developer and lender are in the process of finalizing the. changes. Recommend~tiQn: Pleasure of the Redevelopment Agency.
