ROLL CALL Members Present: Tracy Wills Worley, Chairperson Jeffery M. Thomas, Chairperson Pro Tem Mike Doyle' Jim Potts Thomas R. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - DECEMBER 2, 1996 REGULAR MEETING It was moved by Po~ts, seconded by Thomas, to approve the RedeVelopment Agency Minutes of December 2, 1996. Motion carried 5-0. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS It was moved by Potts, seconded by Thomas, to approve Demands in.the amount of'$38,185.25. Motion carried 5-0. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR THE SYCAMORE AVENUE STORM DRAIN AND' BLOCK WALL PROJECT FROM NEWPORT'AVENUE TO THE SR-55 FREEWAY (CIP 700149/RDA) It was moved by Potts, seconded by Thomas, to authorize the City Council and City staff to adminiStrate a Professional Services Agreement with the firm of Post, Buckley, Schuh & Jernigan,. Inc. to provide consulting engineering design services on the subject project in the amount of $65,450.00. REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MxNUTES Page 10, 12-16-96 Motion carried 5-0. OTWRR BUSINESS TUSTIN HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL TEAM Agencymember Ports commended the Tustin High school Football team for an outstanding season.
