Kennedy, Mayor Pro Tem Others Present: James G. Rourke, City Attorney William A. Huston, City Manager Mary E. Wynn, City Clerk III. RESOLUTION NO. 83-98 - A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Tustin, California, RECITING THE FACT OF THE SPECIAL MAIL BALLOT ELEC- TION FOR REORGANIZATION NO. 53, HELD ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 8, 1983, DECLARING THE RESULT THEREOF AND SUCH OTHER MATTERS AS PROVIDED BY LAW It was moved by Edgar, seconded by GreinkP, to adopt Resolution No. 83-98. ~arried 4-u, ~enneay absent. 24 48 IV.
