Housing and Homeless Needs Assessment;

3. Strategic Plan; and,
4. Action Plan

�= On May 6, 2014, the City Council approved funding
allocations for public services programs fora three-
year period.
=� On February 17, 2015, the City Council Directed staff to
continue funding for public service programs for Year
z (2015-2016).

Adopt Resolution No. 15-14:
Approving the 2015-2020 Consolidated Plan including the proposed
use of Program Year 2015-2ol6 Community Development Block
Grant (CDBG) funds for inclusion in the one-year Action Plan;
Z. Authorizing the Community Development Director to submit the
Consolidated Plan to the federal Department of Housing and Urban
Development (HUD) and make minor modifications to the
Consolidated Plan and execute documents, certifications, contracts,
or other instruments as may be required to carry out the CDBG
program.
