Binsack, Zoning Administrator PUBLIC CONCERNS: None. CONSENT CALENDAR: No Items on Consent Calendar PUBLIC HEARING: 1. CONCEPT PLAN 2015-002 AND DESIGN REVIEW 2015-001 TUSTIN LEGACY LINEAR PARK LOCATED WITHIN THE MCAS TUSTIN SPECIFIC PLAN To construct and maintain Linear Park within the MCAS Tustin Specific Plan. APPLICANT/ PROPERTY OWNER: PROJECT LOCATION: ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: CITY OF TUSTIN 300 CENTENNIAL WAY TUSTIN, CA 92780 MCAS TUSTIN, PLANNING AREAS 9 THROUGH 12 IN NEIGHBORHOOD E. THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED NORTH OF BARRANCA PARKWAY, EAST OF RED HILL AVENUE, WEST OF (FUTURE) ARMSTRONG AVENUE AND SOUTH OF (FUTURE) WARNER AVENUE. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT (CEQA), AN ENVIRONMENTAL CHECKLIST WAS PREPARED FOR THE PROPOSED PROJECT THAT CONCLUDED NO ADDITIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS WOULD OCCUR FROM APPROVAL OF THE PROJECT. PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 15162, 15163, 15164, AND 15183 OF THE CEQA GUIDELINES NO NEW EFFECTS WOULD OCCUR Zoning Administrator Action Agenda April 23, 2015 Page 2 RECOMMENDATION: That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action (ZAA) No. 15-003 approving Concept Plan 2015-002 and Design Review 2015-001 for Tustin Legacy Linear Park within Neighborhood E, Planning Area 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the MCAS Tustin Specific Plan. The Zoning Administrator called the meeting to order. It was noted there were no members of the public present. The public hearing was thereby opened and closed at 10:31 a.m. The Zoning Administrator stated she had reviewed the staff report and conditions of approval and had no concerns at this time. The Zoning Administrator asked Stonich if she had shared the report and Conditions of Approval with the Parks and Recreation Department, which she had. REGULAR BUSINESS: None ADJOURNMENT: 10:31 a.m. The date of the next meeting of the Zoning Administrator will be scheduled when items are set for hearing.
