RECOMMENDATION:
Have second reading by title only and adoption of Ordinance No. 1101
(roll call vote) .
BACKGROUND:
The following Ordinance No. 1101 had first reading and introduction
at the November 21 1992 City Council meeting:

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI CYOMMERCIAL IAN,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SPECIFIED SECTIONS OF THE TUSTIN CITY CODE TO
INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS OF ARTICLE
MODIFY REQUIREMENTS FOR OFF-SITE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE SALES
ESTABLISHMENTS (CA92-007)
The City Council of the City of Tustin finds and determines as
follows:
A. The Zoning Code was adopted toidentify
specific land uses t
of
development to occur within certain Zoning
Districts; and
B. It has been determined that there is current
and future need for supermarkets and
retail establishments which provide the sale

the City of Tustin DOES HEREBY ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. Article 9, Chapter 2, Part 9 of the Tustin
City Code is hereby amended as follows:
