REGULAR MEETING OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
JULY 20, 1992
. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Pontious at 8:00 p.m.
at the Tustin Area Senior Center, 200 South "C" Street, Tustin.

3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
- JULY 6 , 1992 REGULAR MEETING
It was moved by Puckett, seconded by Thomas, to approve the
Redevelopment Agency
Minutes of July 6, 1992.
Motion carried 5-0.
4. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS
It was moved by Puckett, seconded by Thomas, to approve Demands in
the amount of $185,344.94.
Motion carried 5-0.
5. DESIGN REVIEW 92-036, BURNETT-EHLINE
Christine Shingleton, Assistant Executive Director, reported on the
proposed project to construct a 680 -square foot addition to an
existing commercial building located in the Plaza LaFayette shopping
center. The restaurant tenant space improvements would include
extending the outdoor seating area to create additional indoor
seating and changing the restaurant access to front on Newport
Avenue.

It was moved by Potts, seconded by Thomas, to approve Design Review
92-036 by adopting the following Resolution No. RDA 92-11:
RESOLUTION NO. RDA 92-11 - A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING DESIGN REVIEW 92-036
AUTHORIZING THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 680 -SQUARE FOOT ADDITION TO AN
EXISTING COMMERCIAL BUILDING ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 13041 NEWPORT
AVENUE
Motion carried 5-0.
6. OTHER BUSINESS - None
Chairperson Pontious adjourned the meeting at 8:02 p.m., and
announced the next regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was
scheduled for Monday, August 3, 1992, 7:00 p.m., at the Tustin Area
Senior Center.
