PA�,RGROUND : The following Ordinance No. 1094 had first reading and introduction at the July 6, 1992 City Council meeting: ORDINANCE NO. 1096 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL VEHICLES OF THE LOADING TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, RELATING TO THE STOPPING OF ZONES .1% Valerie Whiteman Chief Deputy City Clerk 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10' 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 2E ORDINANCE NO. 1094 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, RELATING TO THE STOPPING OF VEHICLES IN LOADING ZONES The City Council of the City of Tustin hereby ordains as follows: Section 1 Code Amendment Municipal Code Section 5332(c) entitled "Effect of Permission to Load or Unload", of Title 5 of the Municipal Code is hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows: "Section 5332(c). Effect of Permission to load or Unload. Permission is granted to stop or stand a vehicle for purposes of loading or unloading of materials and shall apply to any vehicle, but shall not extend beyond the time necessary, and, in any event, not more than twenty (20) minutes."
