REGULAR MEETING OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
NOVEMBER 1, 1993
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Potts at 8:12 p.m.
at the Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES - OCTOBER 19, 1993 REGULAR MEETING
It was moved by Puckett, seconded by Pontious, to approve the
Redevelopment Agency Minutes of October 19, 1993.
Motion carried 5-0.
APPROVAL OF DEMANDS
It was moved by Puckett, secOnded by Pontious, to approve Demands
in the amount of $272,177.89.
Motion carried 5-0.
COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING AFFORDABILITY STRATEGY
It was moved by Thomas, seconded by Pontious, to approve the
proposed Comprehensive Housing Affordability Strategy.
Motion carried 5-0.
It was moved by Thomas, seconded by Puckett, to adopt the following
Resolution No. RDA 93-15:
RESOLUTION NO. RDA 93-15 - A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, FINDING THAT THE USE OF TAX
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MINUTES

INCREMENT HOUSING SET-ASIDE FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE SOUTH CENTRAL
PROJECT AREA AND FROM THE TOWN CENTER PROJECT AREA FOR THE
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN COMPREHENSIVE AFFORDABLR
HOUSING STRATEGY OUTSIDE THE PROJECT AREAS WITHIN THE CITY OF
TUSTIN WILL BE OF PRIMARY BENEFIT TO BOTH PROJECT AREAS
Motion carried 5-0.
OTHER BUSINESS - None
Chairperson Potts adjourned the meeting at 8:15 p.m. The next
regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was scheduled for
Monday, November 15, 1993, 7:00 p.m., at the Council Chambers, 300
Centennial Way.
