INTERVIEWS FOR TUSTIN COMMUNITY FOUNDATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS At their meeting on September 7, 1993, the City Council determined that interviews for the Tustin Community Foundation Board of Directors would be conducted during the City Council meeting of September 20, 1993. Recommendation: Pleasure of the City Council. REPORTS 1. PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION AGENDA - SEPTEMBER 13, 1993 All actions of the Planning Commission become final unless appealed by the City Council or member of the public. Recommendation: Ratify the Planning Commission Action Agenda of September 13, 1993. SPORTS PARK DESIGN UPDATE The City Council has requested updates on the progress of the preparation of the Master Plan, working drawings, and bid specifications for the Sports Park. Recommendation: Receive and file subject report as recommended by the Community Services Department. 3, REPORT REGARDING GREAT WESTERN RECLAMATION This report has been prepared in response to a request from the City Council for information relative to the performance of Great Western Reclamation. Recommendation: Receive and file subject report as recommended by the Public Works Department/Engineering Division. 4. CITY OF TUSTIN DRAFT GENERAL PLAN AND DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT After approximately 28 months of work between the City's consultant and staff, the Draft General Plan Elements and a Draft Environmental Impact Report are now available for public review and comment.
