NAULT, TREASURER SUBJEC~ PUBLIC HEARING TO DISCUSS THE PROPOSED TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1993-94 RECOMMENDATION= Direct staff to prepare a resolution to adopt the Draft 1993-94 Budget as amended by the Redevelopment Agency. FISCAL IMPACT= The Redevelopment Agency's action will establish an expenditure program for the 1993-94 Fiscal Year of approximately $7.4 million. DISCUSSION= As of August 16, 1993 the City and the Agency will have held five public budget workshops to review and discuss the Draft Budget for fiscal 1993-94. During the Public Hearing on August 16, staff expects to receive direction from the Agency as to any changes or adjustments to be made to the Draft Budget prior to adoption. To date staff has identified the following changes to the Draft Budget that should be noted by the Agency: ® · · Delete Project# 700135, Sixth St. Undergrounding $<12,000> Add 60.2-Newport Ave/SR 55 Interchange Ramp Reconfiguration 200,000 Add 60.5-Newport Ave extension North of Edinger 450,000 Delete Project# 700111-Newport/Main Utility Undergrounding <21,600> Correct Budget for Amaganset Storm Drain <24,000> These changes reflect adjustments to the Agency's initial Draft Budget prepared in the spring. If approved, these and any other changes directed by the Agency will be incorporated into a budget adopting resolution that will be broug~ back _to t~e Agency at their meeting of September 7, 1993.
