FEE WAIVER - DINOSAUR DASH The Tustin Public Schools Foundation is holding the third annual Dinosaur Dash on November 7, 1993, and the Foundation is requesting that the City Council waive fees for Police and Field Services assistance. REQUEST TO UNDERGROUND OVERHEAD UTILITIES - YORBA STREET BETWEEN IRVlNE BOULEVARD AND SEVENTEENTH STREET The City has received a request from Mr. Roger Klein for the undergrounding of the .overhead utilities along Yorba Street between Irvine Boulevard and Seventeenth Street. Recommendation' Pleasure of the City Council. 3. POLICY REGARDING USE OF NEW COUNCIL CHAMBERS Report outlining the guidelines and policy for use of the newly renovated Council Chambers. Recommendation: Pleasure of the City Council. XII. REPORTS 1. PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION AGENDA- JULY 26, 1993 All actions of the Planning Commission become final unless appealed by the City Council or member of the public. Recommendation: Ratify the Planning Commission Action Agenda of July 26, 1993. 2. SYCAMORE AVENUE PEDESTRIAN ACCESS BETWEEN PEPPERTREE AND TUSTIN MEADOWS DEVELOPMENTS The City has recently received letters from residents living within the Tus~in Meadows and Peppertree development areas expressing concern with the pedestrian walkway along Sycamore Avenue between the two developments. Recommendation: Receive and file subject report as recommended by the Public Works Department/Engineering Division. 3.
