Officers of the Tustin Police Department and the Brea Police
Department in conjunction with and with the permission of the Santa
Ama Police Department conducted an unlawful search and seizure at
2205 East Grovemonu' in the City of Santa Ama, causing great
destruction and damage to personal property and in particular
shooting and ki!iin? a valuable bird dog and thereafter fabricating
a story that the dog charged the officers and that they had to kill
it for their own safety.
