TERM EXPIRATIONS FOR COMMISSIONS/COMMITTEES
Attached is a memorandum from the City Clerk's office regarding term
expirations effective July 19, 1993. The members whose terms expire
continue to serve until the City Council decides how to make the
appointments (reappointment and/or new appointments).
Staff would recommend that the persons whose terms expire be contacted
to determine Whether they are interested in reappointment. The City
Council could then decide on how to proceed with appointments.

BACKGROUND:
The following members of the Planning Commission, Parks and
Recreation Commission, Audit Committee, and Cultural Resources
Committee will have term expirations effective July 19, 1993:
Planninq Commission (2-year terms): Alden Baker and Kathy Weil
Parks and Recreation Commission (2-year terms): Lois Carr,
Joseph Dias, James Kane and Margarete Thompson
Audit Committee (4-year terms):
Sullens and Jerry Weil
A1 Shifberg-Mencher, Walt
Cultural Resources Advisory Committee (4-year terms): Warren
Lortie, John Sauers and Jeff Thompson
