It is recommended that the City Council receive and file this report. FISCAL IMPACT There is no fiscal impact associated with this report, it merely summarizes the progress being made on the individual projects that are currently funded in the City's Capital.Improvement Program. DISCUSSION Staff has prepared for the City Council's information a graphical charting report, of the schedule/status for the 1992-93 Capital Improvement Program as of the fiscal year's fourth and final quarter. The charting is arranged to correspond to the same order as. that found in the City's Capital Improvement Project (C.I.P.) Budget Document itself. The red graphical bars indicate actual tasks or portions of tasks completed, while the blue graphical bars indicate the planned scheduling of activities. The document is dynamic and reflects the various status/schedule changes that have occurred in the City's extensive Capital Improvement Program since the last quarterly update. With the future adoption of the 1993-94 Capital Improvement Program, a new schedule/status report will be prepared. Staff will provide the City Council with an update of the new Capital Improvement ProGram on a quarterly basis in a similar format. Robert S.
