Home My WebLink AboutCC RES 15-24 RESOLUTION NO. 15-24 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING WARNER AVENUE INTO THE CITY'S SYSTEMS OF STREETS PURSUANT TO STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE SECTION 1806 WHEREAS, the improvements to Warner Avenue between Red Hill Avenue and Tustin Ranch Road located on the former site of the Tustin Marine Air Corps Station have been completed and such street may now be open to public use; and WHEREAS pursuant to Streets and Highways Code section 1806 the City desires to formally accept such street into the City's system of streets. NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Tustin hereby resolves as follows: Section 1. The above recitals are true and correct. Section 2. The City Council finds it necessary and convenient that public streets be opened on and over certain property belonging to the City and the Department of the 111 Navy and situated in the City. Section 3. That the street shown on the map attached hereto as Exhibit "A", namely Warner Avenue between Red Hill Avenue and Tustin Ranch Road be accepted into the City's system of streets and hereby designated by such name.
