Binsack, Zoning Administrator PUBLIC CONCERNS: None. CONSENT CALENDAR: 1. UPDATED ZONING ADMINISTRATOR ACTION NO. FOR VETERAN'S SPORTS PARK DESIGN REVIEW At the March 20, 2015 meeting, the Zoning Administrator adopted Zoning Administrator Action (ZAA) 15-002, related to Design Review for Veteran's Sports Park. Due to an administrative oversight, a duplicate ZAA No. was given to two (2) separate projects; therefore, staff recommends that the Zoning Administrator substitute ZAA 15-002 related to Design Review for Veteran's Sports Park with ZAA 15-005. RECOMMENDATION: That the Zoning Administrator adopt ZAA 15-005. PUBLIC HEARING: 2. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CUP) 2015-06 CONTINUANCE REQUEST Conditional Use Permit 2015-06 was noticed for a June 16, 2015, public hearing before the Zoning Administrator. However, City staff has received a request for continuance of the item by the property owner of the office building (17592 17th Street) within Oak Tree Plaza to allow for sufficient time to review the proposed application. RECOMMENDATION: Staff is recommending that the Zoning Administrator continue the item for Conditional Use Permit 2015-06 in order to provide additional time for affected property owners to properly review the proposed application. The Zoning Administrator called the meeting to order. It was noted there were no members of the public present. The Consent Calendar was approved as submitted. The public hearing was thereby opened and closed at 10:01 a.m. Zoning Administrator Action Agenda June 16, 2015 Page 2 The Zoning Administrator stated she had reviewed the staff report and conditions of approval and had no concerns at this time. The Zoning Administrator asked Swiontek if the item would be continued to a date certain. Swiontek stated the meeting would be scheduled at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 14, 2015. REGULAR BUSINESS: None ADJOURNMENT: The date of the next meeting of the Zoning Administrator will be scheduled when items are set for hearing.
