Recommendal;ion: Approve the Redevelopment Agency Minutes of June 7, 1993.
APPROVAL OF DEMANDS
Recommend~l;iQn: Approve Demands in the amount of $176,145.02.
DESIGN REVIEW 93-12 AND REQUEST FOR PARKING STRUCTURE SPACES FEE
LICENSING AGREEMENT (THOMPSON)
The applicant is proposing to remodel the east and north facades of the existing
4,870 square foot office structure located at 100 West Main Street, and is
requesting that the Agency waive the annual lease fee of $2,526.60 for five parking
spaces in the City's parking structure.
Recommendation by the Community Development Department:
a. Approve Design Review 93-12 by adopting the following Resolution No. RDA
93-9 as submitted or revised:

REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING . DESIGN REVIEW 93-12 AUTHORIZING THE EXTERIOR
REMODELING OF AN EXISTING OFFICE BUILDING LOCATED AT 100 WEST
MAIN STREET
Approve the applicant's request to waive the lease fees for five (5) parking
spaces owned by the City in the Steven's Square parking structure and
authorize the Executive Director to execute a no-fee licensing agreement.
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING ENGINEERING
SERVICES ON THE NEWPORT AVENUE/SR-55 INTERCHANGE RECONFIGURATION
PROJECT
The Professional Services Agreement with Dokken Engineering will enable a critical
link in the accomplishment of the South Central Project Area infrastructure
improvements to begin with the future approval by Caltrans of the Newport
Avenue/SR-55 Interchange Northbound Ramp Reconfiguration.

Recommendation: Auth ~ the City Council to administr, J Professional Services
Agreement with the firm of Dokken Engineering to preparB and process a Project
Study Report for approval by Caltrans for the Newport Avenue/SR-55 Interchange
Northbound Ramp Reconfiguration Project in the amount of $152,500.00 from the
City Trust Fund for the South Central Project Area of the Tustin Community
Redevelopment Agency as recommended by the Community Development
Department and Public Works Department/Engineering Division.
AGREEMENT WITH CATELLUS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION FOR PREPARATION
AND PROCESSING OF A PROJECT STUDY REPORT FOR THE NEWPORT AVENUE/
SR-55 INTERCHANGE RECONFIGURATION PROJECT
The Agreement with Catellus Development Corporation will enable a critical link in
the accomplishment of the South Central Project Area infrastructure improvements
to begin with the future approval by Caltrans of the Newport Avenue/SR-55
Interchange Northbound Ramp Reconfiguration.
Recommendation: Authorize the Executive Director and City Clerk to execute an
agreement with Catellus Development Corporation for preparation and processing of
a Project Study Report to Caltrans for the Newport Avenue/SR-55 Interchange
Northbound Ramp Reconfiguration Project as recommended by the Community
Development Department and the Public Works Department/Engineering Division.
TUSTIN POLICE DEPARTMENT EVIDENCE ENCLOSURE
This project was authorized to advertise for bids on April 5, 1993 per Resolution No.
RDA 93-3.
Recommendation: City Council authorize a transfer of $15,867.00 from the fiscal
year 1992-93 general fund capital fund to the Redevelopment capital fund; and the
Redevelopment Agency award the contract to the lowest bidder, Department of
Interior Construction as recommended by the Community Development Department.

ADJOURNMENT
The next regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency is scheduled for Tuesday,
July 6, 1993, 7:00 p.m., at the Tustin Area Senior Center.
