Time Extension for Variance 91-15 Al's Woodcraft Recommendation - It is recommended that the Planning Commission approve a twelve month time extension to Variance 91-15 by adopting Resolution No. 3137, as submitted or revised. Presentation: Dan Fox, Senior Planner Commissioner Baker moved, Stracker seconded to approve a twelve month time extension to Variance 91-15 by adopting Resolution No. 3137, as submitted. Commissioner Baker moved. Stracker seconded to receive and file. Motion carried 4-0. 5. Measure M - Oversight Committee Receive and file. Commissioner Butler moved. Baker seconded to receive and file. Motion carried 4-0. — 6. MCAS Opportunities & Constraints Receive and file. Commissioner Butler moved. Baker seconded to receive and file. Motion carried 4-0. NEW BUSINESS: STAFF CONCERNS: 7. Report on actions taken at May 3 1993 City Council meeting Staff reported on the subject agenda. CONCERNS: Commissioner Baker -Attended the graffiti sub -committee meeting and was impressed with the turnout. Asked when the next meeting would take place. Staff indicated that it was set for June 8, 1993, 6:30 p.m. at Aldersgate Church. Commissioners Stracker, Butler and Weil all wish to participate. ADJOURNMENT: to adjourn the meeting at 7:42 p.m. Motion carried 4-0.
