Commissioner Strecker moved, Butler seconded to approve the Consent Calendar. Motion carried 3-0. PUBLIC HEARINGS: IF YOU CHALLENGE AN ITEM CONSIDERED AT A PUBLIC HEARING IN COURT, YOU MAY BE LIMITED TO RAISING ONLY THOSE ISSUES YOU OR SOMEONE ELSE RAISED AT THE PUBLIC HEARING DESCRIBED IN THIS AGENDA, OR IN WRITTEN CORRESPONDENCE DELIVERED TO THE CITY OF TUSTIN AT, OR PRIOR TO, THE PUBLIC HEARING. Time Extension for Variance 91-15 Al's Woodcraft Recommendation - It is recommended that the Planning Commission approve a twelve month time extension to Variance 91-15 by adopting Resolution No. 3137, as submitted or revised. Presentation: Dan Fox, Senior Planner Commissioner Baker moved, Stracker seconded to approve a twelve month time extension to Variance 91-15 by adopting Resolution No. 3137, as submitted. Motion carried 4-0. Planning Commission Action Agenda May 10, 1993 Page 3 OLD BUSINESS: 4. Open Air Produce Stands/Temporary Uses Status Update Recommendation - Pleasure of the Commission. Commissioner Baker moved. Stracker seconded to receive and file. Motion carried 4-0. 5. Measure M - Oversight Committee Receive and file. Commissioner Butler moved. Baker seconded to receive and file. Motion carried 4-0. — 6. MCAS Opportunities & Constraints Receive and file. Commissioner Butler moved. Baker seconded to receive and file. Motion carried 4-0. NEW BUSINESS: STAFF CONCERNS: 7. Report on actions taken at May 3 1993 City Council meeting Staff reported on the subject agenda. CONCERNS: Commissioner Baker -Attended the graffiti sub -committee meeting and was impressed with the turnout. Asked when the next meeting would take place. Staff indicated that it was set for June 8, 1993, 6:30 p.m. at Aldersgate Church. Planning Commission Action Agenda May 10, 1993 Page 4 Commissioner Weil -Asked the Commission if they were interested in going on the Metrolink tour. Commissioners Stracker, Butler and Weil all wish to participate. ADJOURNMENT: to adjourn the meeting at 7:42 p.m. Motion carried 4-0. The next regular meeting of the Planning Commission is on May 24, 1993 at 7:00 p.m. at the Tustin Senior Center, 200 S. "C" Street, Tustin.
