Commissioner Strecker moved, Butler seconded to approve the Consent
Calendar. Motion carried 3-0.

Time Extension for Variance 91-15 Al's Woodcraft
Recommendation - It is recommended that the Planning Commission
approve a twelve month time extension to Variance 91-15 by adopting
Resolution No. 3137, as submitted or revised.

Commissioner Baker moved, Stracker seconded to approve a twelve
month time extension to Variance 91-15 by adopting Resolution No.
3137, as submitted. Motion carried 4-0.

STAFF CONCERNS:
7. Report on actions taken at May 3 1993 City Council meeting
Staff reported on the subject agenda.
CONCERNS:
Commissioner Baker
-Attended the graffiti sub -committee meeting and was impressed
with the turnout. Asked when the next meeting would take
place.
Staff indicated that it was set for June 8, 1993, 6:30 p.m. at
Aldersgate Church.

Commissioner Weil
-Asked the Commission if they were interested in going on the
Metrolink tour. Commissioners Stracker, Butler and Weil all
wish to participate.

The next regular meeting of the Planning Commission is on May 24,
1993 at 7:00 p.m. at the Tustin Senior Center, 200 S. "C" Street,
Tustin.
