The suspects involved claim SMITH is a con man and child molester who also has a case pending in Central Court for failure to provide child support. He is also alleged to have made repeated threatening phone calls to them sabotaged cars and stolen money from the children. They are most angry in that no charges have ever been filed against him, ever. SMITH claims they are jealous ex-wives who want revenge. MAY 1, 1992 This case was beginning to grow to the point of being overburdening. I call the primary suspect, D'ANGELO. At first we have a hard time talking as see is very angry and runs through a long line'of old allegations from their marriage. She claims the court order DOES NOT include SETTING. I read it to her. She dis-agrees and denies MOST of the calls. I suggest she have her attorney call me as I was seeking criminal complaint at the request of the victim. She calls me back and tries to tell me everything is OK now and I tell her fine but her attorney might want to call me anyway. I talk to the attorney who said he has ordered his client NOT to contact any of the parties in anyway and would appreciate a call if charges are' filed. He indicated the civil/divorce action is as messy as this. I talk to the second suspect, HOLDROYD.
