3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - MARCH 1, 1993 REGULAR MEETING
Recommendation: Approve the Redevelopment Agency Minutes of March
1, 1993.
4. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS
Recommendation: Approve Demands in the amount of $71,230.73.
S. DESIGN REVIEW 93-004 (13041 NEWPORT AVENUE)
The applicant requests authorization to remove an existing bay
window and portions of a patio wall to add a new entrance, four
awnings, decorative block wall, and wrought iron railing to an
existing commercial building located at 13041 Newport Avenue.
Recommendation: Approve Design Review 93-004 by adopting the
following Resolution No. RDA 93-02, as submitted or revised, as
recommended by the Community Development Department:
RESOLUTION NO. RDA 93-02 - A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING DESIGN REVIEW 93-004
AUTHORIZING AN EXTERIOR REMODEL TO AN EXISTING COMMERCIAL BUILDING
ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 13041 NEWPORT AVENUE
6. REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE IN ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY AT THE
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF NEWPORT AVENUE AND IRVINE BOULEVARD
The Redevelopment Agency at a regular meeting on June 15, 1992,
instructed the City Attorney to prepare an agreement for the City
and Redevelopment Agency to provide assistance for acquisition of
certain property located at the southwest corner of Newport Avenue
and Irvine Boulevard to accommodate Home Savings' intent of
replacing the existing two-story commercial building on the site
with landscaping and additional parking.
Recommendation: Pleasure of the Agency.

8. ADJOURNMENT
The next regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency is scheduled
for Monday, April 5, 1993, 7:00 p.m., at the Tustin Area Senior
Center.
