STAFF CONCERNS:
3. Report on
Meeting
Actions taken at October 3, 1994 City
Council
Staff reported on the subject agenda.
CO~ISSION CONCERNS:
Commissioner Mitzman
- Inquired if his previously expressed idea of painting the
boards on boarded up buildings to make them the same
color as the rest of the structure was ever implemented.
Staff will follow up on this.
- Concerned about work begun a while ago at the Home Depot
location in conjunction with the car wash in which things
were torn up and not finished and wondered what was
happening at that location.
Staff noted that there has been an on going problem there in
regard to outdoor storage. It is all tied to the expansion
and enclosing of the garden area which Home Depot has not
moved on yet. The conditions required for Black Angus will
assure that something will be done about the traffic
circulation at that location.
- Reported graffit~ on the Irvine Company Marketing sign at
Tustin Ranch Road and Park Center.
Staff will follow up on this.
Commissioner Weil
Commented that legislation had been passed by congress
which will give the City a lot more ability in planning
the closure of the Marine Base.

at 7:08 p.m.
