DISCUSSION:
Vandenberg Well will be a significant new source of supply for the city's water system. D~ta obtained
during testing indicates that the water produced will be of excellent quality, and will allow the city to
produce nearly 75% of its supply from groundwater. Additionally, at current imported water rates, this
well will reduce the city's annual water supply cost by $420,000.
