Manner of Injury:
Alexis Martinez was walking southbound
on Santa Clara Street when he attempted
to cross the Santa Clara bridge over SR
55 in the City of Santa Aha. Due to his
limited long range view caused by a
Significantly raised portion of the
roadway, he was struck by a vehicle.
Additionally, the speed limit posted
was excessive and unsafe for such
conditions.
