AUTHORIZATION TO PROCEED WITH .MULTI-FAMILY ACQUISITION REHABILITATION PROGRAMS AND In November 1993, the Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency approved a Comprehensive Affordable Housing Strategy as required by California Community Redevelopment Law and staff is seeking 'authorization to proceed with two of the programs identified in the affordability strategy. Recommendation: Authorize Agency staff to proceed with certain implementation activities related to multi-family acquisition and rehabilitation of 2-4 unit properties in the South Central Project Area as recommended by the Community Development Department. THOMPSON OWNER PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT; MODIFICATION OF CONDITION OF DESIGN REVIEW 93-12 Jeff and Cherie Thompson have recently purchased the "Roach" building, located at 100 West Main Street, and are proposing extensive exterior renovation and structural/tenant changes. Recommendation by the Community Development Department: a. Either approve, by adopting the following Resolution No. RDA 94-6, or deny by taking no action, an amendment to one of the conditions of Resolution No. RDA 93-9 concerning pedestrian access across the subject property: Redevelopment Agency Agenda I June 6, 1994
