SALE OF SURPLUS EQUIPMENT
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council, at their regular meeting &May 16, 1994, receive and file notice of sale of surplus
equipment.
FISCAL IMPA CT:
The total proceeds received for the sale of the aforementioned equipment is to be credited to the General
Fund.
BACKGROUND:
On February 9, 1994, the Tustin City Council declared equipment surplus and not required for public use,
as provided for in Ordance Number 871 of the Tustin City Code.
DISCUSSION:
The equipment listed below was sold at public auction on March 30, 1994.
