Second the adoption of a resolution declaring the City
Council's intention to annex additional territory to the
district and to provide an annual levy of assessment which is
also tentatively scheduled for May 16, 1994. This resolution
will set the date for a public hearing in early July 1994·
The territory to be annexed consists of two parcels that have
been approved for development this past year in various parts
of the City and as part of the approval process were
conditioned to be annexed to the Tustin Landscape and Lighting
