BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION At their November 1, 1993 meeting, the City Council received a schedule for the advertising bus shelter program. Since that date, the schedule has been revised to provide additional time for staff review and preparation of the Request for Proposal (RFP). The final draft of the RFP has been completed and will be submitted to the Planning Commission for their review at their March 28, 1994 meeting. The RFP will then be presented to the City Council with any changes at the April 18, 1994 meeting for review and approval.
