DISCUSSION
Staff has prepared for the City Council's information a graphical
charting report of the schedule/status for the 1993-94 Capital
Improvement Program as of the fiscal year's second quarter. The
charting is arranged to correspond to the same order as that found
in the City's Capital Improvement~Project (C.I.P.) Budget Document
itself. The red graphical bars indicate actual tasks or portions
of tasks completed, while the blue.graphical bars indicate the
planned scheduling of activities.
The document is dyna.mic and will be updated quarterly to reflect
various status/schedule changes that occur. Staff will provide the
city Council with the update of the C.I.P. Program on a quarterly
basis in a similar format.
