Commission (NO action can be taken on off-agenda items unless authorized by
law). If you wish to address the Commission on any matter, please fill out one of
the forms located at the speaker's podium so that your remarks within the
recording of the meeting can be attributed to you. Completion of this form is not
mandatory, but accurately provides your information for the record.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
All matters listed under the Consent Calendar are considered routine and will be
enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items prior
to the time of the voting on the motion unless members of the Commission, staff, or
public request specific items to be discussed and/or removed from the Consent
Calendar for separate action.
1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES—AUGUST 25, 2015
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Planning Commission approve the Minutes of the August 25, 2015
Planning Commission meeting as provided.
Any writings or documents provided to a majority of the Planning Commission regarding any item on this
agenda will be made available for public inspection in the Community Development Department located at
300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California, during normal business hours.

2. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 2015-20
A request to serve alcoholic beverages for on-site consumption (ABC Type 47
License) in conjunction with special events within an existing ancillary banquet
facility.

This project is categorically exempt pursuant to Section 15301 (Class 1) of the
California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Planning Commission adopt Resolution No. 4294 approving Conditional
Use Permit (CUP) 2015-20 to serve alcoholic beverages (ABC Type 47 License —
On-Sale General for a Bona Fide Public Eating Place) in conjunction with special
events within an ancillary banquet area facility at the existing Marconi Automotive
Museum located at 1302 Industrial Drive.

That the Planning Commission adopt Resolution No. 4295 approving Conditional
Use Permit (CUP) 2015-18 and Design Review (DR) 2015-16 authorizing the

Anda) with a drive-thru facility, outdoor seating, and associated drive-thru
signage located at 14232 Newport Avenue.
