LONG BEACH, CA 90802 2082 MICHELSON DRIVE, #212-B IRVINE, CA 92612 LOCATION: 1631 EDINGER AVENUE, SUITE 108 To sell alcoholic beverages (ABC Type 41 License) for the on-site consumption of beer and wine in conjunction with a 1,432 square foot restaurant. ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: This project is categorically exempt (Class 1) pursuant to Section 15301 of the California Environmental Quality Act. That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action (ZAA) No. 15-009 approving Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 2015-19 to authorize an ABC Type 41 License for the sale of alcoholic beverages (beer and wine) for on-site consumption in conjunction with a 1,432 square foot restaurant (Wayback Burgers) located at 1631 Edinger Avenue, Suite 108. The Zoning Administrator called the meeting to order. It was noted there were no members of the public present. The public hearing was opened at 10:31 a.m. Mr. Armen Zannasjian, representative for the owner, was present. Zoning Administrator Agenda September 15, 2015 Page 2 The Zoning Administrator stated she had reviewed the staff report and informed the representative of proposed amendments. The Zoning Administrator asked the representative if he had any concerns with the ZAA, which he did not. Ryan Swiontek, Senior Planner, informed the Zoning Administrator and the representative of amendments made to Section 2.10 of the Conditions of Approval. One amendment was a typographical error and the other was to remove the language referencing an outdoor trash receptacle which was unnecessary since there would not be an outdoor dining area for the proposed establishment. The Zoning Administrator approved ZAA No. 15-009 thereby approving CUP 2015-19. REGULAR BUSINESS: None ADJOURNMENT: 10:34 a.m. The date of the next meeting of the Zoning Administrator will be scheduled when items are set for hearing.
