HUSTON, CITY MANAGER PUBLIC W.DRKS DEPARTMENT/ENGINEERING DIVISION SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY EASEMENT WITHIN LOT 22 OF TRACT 13627 RECOMMEA~ATION It is recommended that the City Council, at their meeting of February 7, 1994, au%horize the Mayor to execute the attached Grant of Easement. FISCAL IMPACU None. BACKGROUND The Southern ialifornia Edison Company is requesting the City grant them a !-' fcc- by 60 foot easement over a portion of Lot 22 of Tract No. 1362-, which is nhe site of a future-City Park. DISCUSSION The requeste~ easement is one that should have been requested and granted ~.t the time the infrastructure improvements were constructed in East /usti- as a part of Tract No. 13627. Staff has reviewed this request and hms determined that it will not have any negative impacts with resTect ~o the future park development. Robert S. EASEMENT An easement for electrical transmission purposes, 60.00 feet wide, over that portion of Lot 22 of Tract No. 13627 in thc City of Tustin, in the County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map filed in Book 644, pages 1 through 20, inclusive, of Miscellaneous Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said County, lying 30.00 feet on each side of the following described centerline: Beginning at a point on the southerly line of said Lot 22, distant easterly 130.36 -feet along a curve concave northerly having a radius of 715.00 feet, a radial line to said point bears N.2°03'46"W., from the easterly terminus of the course shown as "N.81 °37'00"W. 246.32' "; thence radially from said curve, N.2°0Y46"W. 10.00 feet.
