CALL TO ORDER Meeting called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Mayor Edgar. II. ROLL CALL Present: Councilmen: Edgar, Saltarelli, Welsh, Schuster. BUSINESS 1. IRVINE-MYFORD ANNEXATION NO. 81 (AMENDED) A. RESOLUTION NO. 77-13 A Resolution DECLARING THAT pROCEEDINGS HAVE BEEN INITIATED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN TO ANNEX TO SAID CITY CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND DESIGNATED AS IRVINE-MYFORD ANNEXATION NO. 81 (AMENDED)" TO THE CITY OF TUSTIN AND GIVING NOTICE OF THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION. Moved by Welsh, seconded by Saltarelli, that Resolution No. 77-13 be read by title. Carried. Moved by Welsh, seconded by Saltarelli, that Resolution No. 77-13 be passed and adopted. Carried. B. ORDINANCE NO. 709 An Ordinance of the City of Tustin, California, PREZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY TO THE PLANNED COM- MUNITY DISTRICT. Moved by Saltarelli, seconded by Welsh, that Ordinance No. 709 have second reading by title only. Carried unanimously. Moved by Schuster, seconded by Welsh, that Ordinance No. 709 be passed and adopted. Carried by roll call. Ayes: Edgar, Schuster, Welsh, Saltarelli. Noes: none. Absent: Sharp. 2. SADDLEBACK COLLEGE LOCATION Moved by Saltarelli, seconded by Schuster, that a letter over the Mayor~s signature be sent to Saddleback College District express- ing the willingness of the City to accept either proposed site and direct the District Board to make the most economical deci- sion in the interest of the District. Carried. 3. ORANGES ON CITY HALL PROPERTY Consensus of Council that Mr. Don Biery be authorized to give permission to some worthy organization to have the oranges when oranges are ~ipe. ADJOURNMENT Moved by Saltarelli, seconded by Welsh that this meeting be adjourned to an adjourned meeting, January 31, 1977, at 7:30 p.m relative to timing for bids for City Yard.
