TUSTIN CITY COUNCIL
November 22, 1976
CALL TO ORDER Meeting called to order at 5:00 p.m. in the Council
Chambers, Centennial at Main, Tustin, California.

ROLL CALL Present: Councilmen: Edgar, Schuster, Saltarelli, Welsh.
Absent: Councilmen: Sharp
Others present: William L. Bopf, City Administrator

BUSINESS
ITEMS 1. ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 701, AN ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, APPROVING AND
ADOPTING THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN OF THE TUSTIN
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY.
Moved by Saltarelli, seconded by Welsh, that Ordinance
No. 701 have second reading by title only. Carried
unanimously.
Following reading by title, it was moved, seconded and
carried by roll call vote that Ordinance No. 701 be
adopted. Ayes: Sal%arelli, Welsh, Edgar. Noes: none.
Abstained: Schuster. Absent: Sharp.
2. REQUESTED APPROVAL OF SIGN FOR ALLIED PIPE, MAIN STREET
Moved by Saltarelli, seconded by Welsh~ that approval for
Allied Pipe be authorized with condition that proposal does
not violate the intent of the Sign Code and approval should
be granted under the following conditions:
a.Required permit be obtained from the
Building Division.
b. That the subject sign is authorized until
such time as the remaining or front portion
of the properties is developed.
Carried unanimously.
3, ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 76-131, A RESOLUTION OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN OF COMMITMENT TO
ESTABLISH A CAPITAL OUTLAY FUND.
Moved by Saltarelli, seconded by Welsh that Resolution No.
76-131 be read by title. Carried unanimously.
Following reading it was moved by Welsh, seconded by
Saltarelli that Resolution No. 76-131 be passed and adopted.
Carried.
IV.
ADJOURNMENT Mayor declared the Special Meeting adjourned to an Executive
Session and then to a regulariZeS6, 1976~
