Binsack, Zoning Administrator PUBLIC CONCERNS: None CONSENT CALENDAR: None PUBLIC HEARING: 1. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 2015-24 APPLICANT: Steven Briscoe Briscoe & Briscoe, Inc. 1111 South Coast Plaza DR., E102 Costa Mesa, CA 92626 LOCATION: 2779 EI Camino Real REQUEST: PROPERTY OWNER: Tim Murphy Irvine Company Real Properties 101 Innovation Irvine, CA 92617 To establish and operate an indoor cycling studio located within an existing 2,293 square foot tenant space. ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: This project is categorically exempt (Class 1) pursuant to Section 15301 of the California Environmental Quality Act. RECOMMENDATION: That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action (ZAA) No. 15-010 approving Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 2015-24 to establish and operate an indoor cycling studio located within an existing 2,293 square foot tenant space located at 2779 EI Camino Real. The Zoning Administrator called the meeting to order. It was noted there were no members of the public present. The public hearing was opened at 10:30 a.m. Mr. Steven Briscoe, applicant, Mindy Ferrantelli, Bike2thebeat (founder and partner), Haley and Scott Hanssler, Bike2thebeat (partners) were in attendance. Zoning Administrator Agenda October 5, 2015 Page 2 The Zoning Administrator stated she had reviewed the staff report and provided further direction to the applicant regarding the City's process of the required forms. The Zoning Administrator then asked if the applicant had any questions with the ZAA, which he did not. The Zoning Administrator approved ZAA No. 15-010 thereby approving CUP 2015- 24. REGULAR BUSINESS: None ADJOURNMENT: 10:32 a.m. The date of the next meeting of the Zoning Administrator will be scheduled when items are set for hearing.
