II. ROLL CALL Present: Councilmen: Edgar, Sharp, Welsh Absent: Councilmen: Saltarelli, Schuster III. SYCAMORE-NEWPORT ANNEXATION NO. 94 1. Acceptance of Certificate of Sufficiency Moved by Welsh, seconded by Sharp that Certificate of Sufficiency for signatures on petition be accepted. Carried. 2. RESOLUTION NO. 76-66 A Resolution of the City Council, City of Tustin, California, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO CALL A SPECIAL ANNEXATIONS ELECTION AND FIXING A TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING BY THE CITY COUNCIL ON THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION AND OF WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR EXCLUSION OF PROPERTY. Moved by Sharp, seconded by Welsh that Resolution No. 76-66 be read by title. Carried. Moved by Sharp, seconded by Welsh that Resolution No. 76-66 be passed and adopted. Carried. Councilman Schuster arrived. Mayor Edgar requested list of registered voters in Annexation 92 be given to the Council. IV. ADJOURNMENT Mayor Edgar declared the meeting adjoured to an executive session and thence to the next regular meeting of July 19, 1976.
